Elite Partner Program
Order with confidence, while we manage the details. Clients placing a minimum order of $2500, or committing to an annual purchasing volume of $2500-$20,000 will enjoy an all-inclusive, promotional marketing experience:
We are determined to find the right product to fit every project. Inquiries should be submitted with an intent to order. We execute from concept to delivery. Proposals are typically valid for 30 days and require a 50% deposit once accepted.
Managing brand identity standards, converting a raster image to a vector image, or creating a finished design from visual concept – our creative team will run with any assets provided and bring these up to print standards so that we can streamline the design process and bring each project to life as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Complimentary artwork mock-ups are provided for proof approval before we move into production.
No surprises or hidden costs. There will be no added charges for setup or any additional run charges. This includes screen setup and film output for any screen printing orders, and logo digitization for embroidery. Unit costs and any optional fixed charges will be clearly displayed on all presentations, estimates and sales orders before an order is invoiced.
Get your order when you need it, at the price you expected to pay. We are pleased to provide free delivery on Elite Partner orders in both Canada and the USA. Clients requiring drop shipping can request this as an additional paid service.

General Terms & Preferred Pricing
For clients placing an order(s) under $2500, we are proud to maintain the same premium level service with preferred flat rate pricing:
Sourcing Services – $100
Evaluating a big idea? Inquiries that involve research require a $100 flat fee. When your inquiry leads to an order, the $100 will be credited to your invoice. Proposals are typically valid for 30 days and require full payment upon acceptance if quoted under $2500.
Artwork – $50 / $25
All text and images of any kind should be supplied in advance – preferably in vector format (.AI, .EPS or vector .PDF). Not a graphic designer? Save yourself the stress with worry-free artwork for a flat fee of $50 to keep your project moving forward. Includes logo conversion for simple art, basic banner design or standard photo touch-ups (more complicated artwork is quoted based on time required).
Already have vector files of your artwork? For smaller orders with vector artwork supplied, a flat fee of only $25 is charged for pre-production and setup. Please make sure you have copyright for all materials.
Note that work only begins when materials and payment/deposit are supplied in full. Orders, once placed, typically cannot be modified. Two rounds of edits are permitted. If additional work is required, we’ll verify with you what the hourly rate will be.
Embroidery Digitization – $50 / $25
Have your logo digitized for embroidery for a flat fee of $50. This includes logos up to 4” x 4” suitable for left chest, bags or headwear.
For smaller orders with digitized logo already on file, a flat fee of only $25 is charged for pre-production and setup.
Electronic Proofs – Free
Complimentary artwork mock-ups are provided for proof approval before we move into production. Please verify any proofs within 36 hours to maintain order timelines. We can not responsible for client errors or a refusal to accept/failure to return proofs.
Samples & Sizing Kits – MSRP / $50
Samples can be provided as necessary and borrowed for up to one week at no charge. Samples not returned in one week will be invoiced at full retail value (MSRP). Certain limitations may apply.
For apparel orders, we are happy to provide sizing samples, as needed. Orders less than $2500 can borrow a sizing kit for up to one week for a flat fee of $50. Sizing samples not returned in one week will be invoiced at full retail value (MSRP).
Shipping – $25 / $50
Flat rate shipping is available for smaller orders to any destination in Canada or the USA. Flat rates include shipping up to 5 boxes, as well as any importing or exporting fees. Drop shipments can be requested and quoted separately.
- BC or Alberta – $25 CAD
- Canada (outside of BC or AB) – $50 CAD
- USA – $50 USD/CAD (billed at currency used for invoicing)
Online Store – $100 Setup + 7% Processing Fee
Enjoy all the benefits of e-Commerce with an individual online store portal on SelectsTeamShop.com. Personalized store pages will be customized with a banner to reflect your branding and have posted instructions to help guide your customer through the order process. Order Bookings are recommended to help meet order minimums. Online stores with NET sales under $2500 will have an initial setup fee of $100 plus a processing fee of 7% on each GROSS transaction. Online stores used for fundraising typically generate fundraising revenues of 20-35% of total sales.
Kitting – $100
Want your order sorted and individually labeled for easy distribution? No problem, orders under $2500 can be individually sorted for a flat rate of $100 added to your total order.
- Minor differences in equipment, garments, inks and other conditions may exist.
- A standard acceptance of reasonable variation is in effect between proofing and production.
- We’ll always inform you in advance of any warranties of merchandise or fitness.
- Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality.
- We’ll consider exchanges, refunds or compensation on a case-by-case basis.
- However, we’ll need you to make the claim within 5 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective.
- Our prep work is our exclusive property and cannot be repurposed.
- Order assets also remain our property, until we’ve received the final payment from you.
- If an active project is cancelled, we’re entitled to a reimbursement for all costs incurred.
- In the unlikely event an order is cancelled, the outstanding balance is due immediately.
- Over 98% of our projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
- However, we cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control. e.g., client alterations; logistical interruptions; the weather.
